Up to 7 people will be in the room for one session. Sessions are two hours. We can accommodate a Group booking of 7+ people.  Group bookings will be based on the availability of the room.  Please contact us to design your group booking.

Consider praying to your higher power and create a powerful intention for your desired outcome. Plan to meditate, or go to sleep. Drink quality water.  Eat before your arrival, if you think you will be hungry during your session(s). Dedicate this time to your intentions to amplify your well being.

We are in a mixed-use area, residential and commercial.  Street parking is available.  Be observant of days for street cleaning.

Food is not permitted inside the premises, as it would be a distraction to some people.  Beverages are allowed.

The results do not diminish. The effect of time in the EESystem is cumulative. Sustained health is largely contingent on what you do and don’t do when not in the EESystem room. You can’t be over exposed to this technology and the effect is compounding. Many recommend working towards a base start of 20 hours. Do what makes financial sense for you and keep the 20 hours as close together as possible. 

HighDep Wellness sessions are 2 hours long with 30 minutes in between sessions, to prepare the room for the next group. If you are staying for longer than 2 hours in concurrent sessions, you may stay in the room while we prepare for the next group.
